垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)的工作原理

是利用旋轉(zhuǎn)的螺旋將被輸送的物料沿固定的機(jī)殼內(nèi)推移而進(jìn)行輸送工作，頭部及尾部軸承移至殼體外，吊軸承采用滑動(dòng)軸承設(shè)有防塵密封裝置，軸瓦一般采用粉末冶金，輸送水泥采用毛氈軸瓦，吊軸和螺旋軸采用滑塊連接。

垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)的使用和維護(hù)

垂直螺旋輸送機(jī)的工作條件較惡劣，各個(gè)軸承都處于粉塵包圍之中，導(dǎo)熱條件不好，因此在這樣的工作條件下合理操作、保養(yǎng)尤為重要，故要求如下：
　　螺旋機(jī)應(yīng)無(wú)負(fù)荷起動(dòng)，待起動(dòng)正常后向進(jìn)口投料。
　　給料時(shí)應(yīng)均勻限額，給料量要合適以免使機(jī)器過(guò)載。
　　停車前，應(yīng)停止給料，使機(jī)殼內(nèi)物料輸送完后方可停止。
　　輸送物料內(nèi)不得混入堅(jiān)硬大塊，避免螺旋卡死損壞輸送機(jī)。
　　在使用中應(yīng)檢查各部件的聯(lián)結(jié)禁錮件是否松動(dòng)，動(dòng)力是否發(fā)熱，聲音是否正常，一旦有異常，立即停車糾正。
　　調(diào)速電機(jī)起動(dòng)、運(yùn)行、停止。可以全壓起動(dòng)亦可降壓起動(dòng)，電動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)后合上控制箱電源開(kāi)關(guān)，逐漸調(diào)節(jié)速度旋鈕，增加激磁電流，離合器轉(zhuǎn)速逐漸加至需要運(yùn)行轉(zhuǎn)速。停車時(shí)把調(diào)速旋紐調(diào)到零位，再停止拖動(dòng)電機(jī)。
　　各加油部位應(yīng)定期加油。
